Make it easier to see what proof of health requires

I skimmed through the proof of health modal before dismissing it (my mistake). Now I want to learn what exactly is required so I try tapping the proof of health icon in the top right, but nothing happens. It would be cool if I could review how proof of health works by tapping the icon for more information.

When you select the Streak icon in the Health tab, a document will appear in-app outlining the concept.
