This is a big one for me. I don't wear my Apple Watch to sleep and it seems the new Whoop <> Apple Watch integration doesn't share sleep metrics. I generally trust my Whoop metrics a lot more than Apple Watch too.

I don’t own a whoop band. But with whoop now integrating into Apple health, what would direct integration bring? Maybe sleep and HRV tracking?

Juan Manuel Molina: the recent integration is great, but there are still some limitations with what data is shared between WHOOP and Apple Health, including HRV as you say.
A direct integration would give WHOOP users more control and choice with what they can see on Vital.
